It’s one thing to understand change at the level of mind, at an intellectual level. It is a completely different experience to know the nature of existence directly. I earned this lesson for myself through direct personal experience in the several Vipassana meditation trainings I have attended. This knowing is both a lesson and a gift.
Because within this lesson is the wisdom of freewill and surrender to the moment. I’ve reflected and shared many times on the proverb “you can never dip your hand in the same river twice.”
Our experience of life is change itself - we create suffering when we disconnect or resist that TRUTH - which is why it is so important for this wisdom to become INNER wisdom.

How to make change, dynamism, and freewill into inner wisdom?
Meditate, practice presence, observing the moment - your sensations, breath, thoughts.. Notice the ever flowing river that your being is.
And then choose. Choose what aligns with your deepest values and ACT. Act on your truth, and let this co-creative dance shape your life.

As a collective, our realities and society structures are undergoing considerable change. More and more people are waking up to the realization that the current reality is not serving LIFE and thriving, which is ALWAYS a possibility when one wakes up to freewill choosing.
